Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LaunchPad, operated by Arrington Innovative Solutions ("AIS," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LaunchPad is an AI-powered platform that turns app ideas into structured build plans and ready-to-use master prompts for AI coding tools.

AI features rely on third-party providers, including Anthropic.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account. You may not share login credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Certain features require paid plans. Payments are processed via Stripe. All fees are charged for access to LaunchPad's proprietary systems, tools, and services, including AI-assisted features, data storage, system maintenance, and support. Fees are charged for access to these tools and services — not for any guarantee of outcome.

If on a subscription plan:

• Plans renew automatically unless canceled.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion in cases of technical failure.

Class-included Pro memberships (one year of Pro access bundled with the purchase of an AIS class) are non-transferable and tied to the email used at the time of class purchase. After the included year ends, your account will automatically return to the Free plan unless you choose to upgrade.

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit. All data and information you submit through LaunchPad is solely your intellectual property (to the extent you own it).

By uploading content, including logos, you:

• Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to upload it.
• Grant AIS a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and reference it solely to provide the Service.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Violates privacy or publicity rights
• Is unlawful, harmful, or malicious

You are solely responsible for your uploaded content.

AI-generated content is provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes only.

We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, suitability, or results.

LaunchPad provides ideation, planning, and prompt-engineering content only and does not provide financial, medical, legal, or professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional for concerns in those areas.

You are responsible for decisions made based on generated content. Your reliance on any output is at your own discretion and risk.

You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use AI-generated content created through your account for both personal and commercial purposes, including using the master prompt to build software in your AI coding tool of choice.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when using LaunchPad, including app idea descriptions, target users, problem statements, and any uploaded content.

The quality and relevance of AI-generated content depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

AIS is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information submitted by you.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Upload unauthorized third-party images or content
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Interfere with Service operations
• Use automated scraping tools
• Exploit AI systems maliciously
• Resell or redistribute platform access

The LaunchPad platform, branding, design, code, and workflows are owned by AIS and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy or distribute platform components without written consent.

We respect your privacy and treat information submitted through LaunchPad as confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

However, no electronic communication or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of electronic communications.

If your app idea contains sensitive or confidential business information, you acknowledge that LaunchPad is not a confidential disclosure platform and you accept these risks when submitting such information.

Information collected through LaunchPad is used solely to provide and improve the Service, and is stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with third-party service providers solely to operate the Service, including:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Anthropic (AI build plan generation and chat assistant)
• Supabase (authentication and data storage)
• Vercel (application hosting)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)

We do not disclose your personal information or content to other third parties without your prior consent, except where required by law.

By creating an account, you agree to receive service-related communications from LaunchPad, including:

• Account and security notices
• Subscription and renewal reminders
• Class-included Pro membership notifications
• Service updates and legal notices

You may opt out of optional communications at any time through your account notification settings or by using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Even if you opt out of optional messages, you may still receive important service-related communications such as account notices, security alerts, and legal updates.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI features depend on third-party providers outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service. AIS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or reliance upon, the Service or any content generated through it.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIS and its affiliates from claims arising out of:

• Your uploaded content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice within the App or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
