Privacy Policy

LaunchPad is a product operated by Arrington Innovative Solutions ("AIS," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you access or use the LaunchPad platform (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication data via Google OAuth or email/password registration. You may also provide a display name and basic profile preferences.

Build Data

When you create a build through the LaunchPad wizard, we collect and store the inputs you provide — your app idea, target user, problem statement, desired outcome, chosen platform, brand colors, and an optional uploaded logo — together with the AI-generated output (overview, features, user flow, build plan, and master prompt).

Uploaded Logos & User Representations

By uploading a logo, you represent and warrant that you own the image or have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and use it. You grant LaunchPad a limited, non-exclusive license to store and reference the image solely for the purpose of generating your build plan and related materials. You retain ownership of your original uploaded content.

Generated Content

AI-generated build plans, master prompts, and any associated content saved to your account are stored on our secure systems.

Chat Assistant (ROBi)

Conversations with ROBi, our in-app support assistant, are processed by our AI provider to generate responses. We do not store full chat transcripts beyond the active session unless required to investigate a support issue.

Usage Data

We automatically collect limited technical data such as browser type, IP address, device information, access times, and pages viewed.

Payment Information

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details. We receive transaction confirmations and subscription status only.

Email Notifications

If you have an active paid plan or class-included Pro membership, we may send transactional emails such as renewal reminders. You can opt out of optional notifications at any time.

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Generate AI-powered build plans and master prompts
• Manage subscriptions, class-included Pro memberships, and billing
• Send renewal reminders and service notifications (where applicable)
• Respond to support inquiries via ROBi or email
• Improve the Service and user experience
• Prevent fraud and protect platform integrity

We do not sell your personal information.

LaunchPad uses third-party artificial intelligence services (including Anthropic Claude) to generate personalized build plans, master prompts, and chat responses.

Your inputs (idea, target user, problem, outcome, platform, branding) may be securely transmitted to these providers solely for the purpose of generating your requested content.

We do not use your personal data to train AI models.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or subjective interpretations. LaunchPad provides educational and ideation content only and does not provide financial, medical, legal, or professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional for concerns in those areas.

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform. We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with third-party service providers solely to operate the Service, including:

• Supabase — Database, authentication, and data storage
• Anthropic — AI build plan generation and chat assistant
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• Vercel — Application hosting

Each provider is contractually obligated to protect data and use it only for service delivery.

We do not disclose your personal information or content to other third parties without your prior consent, except where required by law.

We use encrypted storage, HTTPS encryption, and access controls to protect your data. Supabase provides row-level security and encrypted storage.

While we implement reasonable safeguards, no electronic communication or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of electronic communications.

If you choose to include sensitive personal or business information in your build inputs (such as confidential product ideas), you acknowledge that LaunchPad is not a confidential disclosure platform. You are solely responsible for deciding what information to include in your builds.

By creating an account, you agree to receive service-related communications from LaunchPad, including:

• Account and security notices
• Subscription and renewal reminders
• Class-included Pro membership notifications
• Service updates and legal notices

You may opt out of optional communications at any time through your account notification settings or by using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Even if you opt out of optional messages, you may still receive important service-related communications such as account notices, security alerts, and legal updates.

You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon deletion, we remove your active data from our systems, including your profile, saved builds, uploaded logos, and generated content.

Certain information may be retained in encrypted backups or system logs for a limited period for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

You may also export your saved builds before deletion.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Object to certain processing activities
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, session management, and user preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you visit.

LaunchPad is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete such information.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice within the App or through other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
